PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes furnishing all labor, materials including pipes, conduits, wiring, and equipment required to construct and place in operation the repair, upgrades, and modification to the existing industrial waste treatment plant. The work includes the following: provide primary lift station. Remove existing pumps and wiring. Cap piping penetration in walls. Replace current pump with new pump with higher capacity; provide solid separator as indicated; provide new 240,000 gallon storage tank and pumps, provide new water control center and modify existing pump station #2 for local waste. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Contract duration: contract work shall be completed in sequences as follows: Sequence A - Description: Preparation, submittals installation of temporary tank, plug line to pump station 1, Scheduled Start Day: 0, Completion day: 100; Sequence B - Description: Provide pumps, piping, tank, oil/water separator, electical power. Scheduled start day: 101, Completion day: 290; Sequence C - Description: Cutover at IWTP Tanks, pump station 2, remove temporary tank and completion of remaining work. Scheduled start day: 291, Completion day: 340. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541 and the related Small Business Size Standard is $17,000,000.
