Turner, Jr. Project involves the design and construction of a 1200 square foot building addition which must be compatible with the existing Butler brand building. The addition shall be constructed with a steel superstructure and steel panel roof and sides. The building will be used as office and storage space with a restroom facility. Interior finishes and utility hookups will be done by the Government. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Price range is between S25,000 and S100,000. The project is located at the Golconda Civilian Conservation Center, Pope County, Illinois, approximately 27 miles southwest of Harrisburg, Illinois, on Shetlerville Road approximately 3 miles south on the intersection of State Highways 146 and 34.
