the action originally publicized in the CBD dated 2/2/96, has been
changed to read as follows: Cutting machine, computer numerically
controlled (CNC), oxygen flame and plasma arc, stationary. Equipped for
use with acetylene fuel gas and oxygen plasma arc, motorized torch
holders, flexible disk input/output, data display, solid state memory,
256K part program storage, backup memory protection, and will draw
power from a single 460V, 3-phase, 60hz source. The machine
configuration and size shall be capable of cutting 120 inches in width,
240 inches in length, and 8 inches in thickness. The machine shall not
exceed the maximum height of 95 inches and maximum width of 200
inches. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is
