Assemblies shall conform to NAVORD dwg (75 each) 3135209 Rev H and (10 each) to dwg 2823402 Rev V. One first article approval will be required by 31 October 96. Pre-award survey may be required if vendor responsibility is unknown to NUWC Keyport. Certification that assemblies meet all elect test requirements (on all major characteristics) of dwgs will be required. Inspection system: MIL-I-45208 and inspection at source. DCMAO site inspection required. Only DCMAO certified vendors are eligible to receive solicitation packet (form DD form 2345 must be on file). Assemblies will be serialized. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 1 May 96. Award will be made on or about 20 May 96.
