This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractors shall request a copy of the SF1449, Schedule B, and the provision at FAR 52.212-3, ''Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items'' via fax at (301) 227-3504. A signed SF1449, completed schedule B, a completed FAR 52.212-3 provision, and a list of three (3) references for whom the supplies required under this solicitation or similar supplies have been provided must be included with all bids in order to be considered.
