Wood 202/501/4963 The General Services Administration (GSA) will conduct an ''open season'' procurement to allow for additional offers for the Financial Management Systems Software (FMSS) Schedule. This Schedule will be open for mainframe, mini, and micro based software packages and is the mandatory means by which federal agencies acquire accounting and financial management systems software. Schedule contracts will be awarded to all responsible vendors who are responsive to the solicitation for offers. The solicitation, to be issued on or about 05/17/96, will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer.
