The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Exhibit Quality Porcelain Enamel Imaging. The Contractor shall be required to provide all professional services including labor, materials and facilities necessary to provide exhibit quality porcelain enamel imaging on a variety of sub-strates intended for outdoor use, and other services related to the rehabilitation of porcelain enamel exhibits. This may include graphic layout, film mechanical preparation and final exhibit panel inspection and finishing. The Government anticipates award of two (2) Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed Price contracts. These contracts will be for a one (1) year period with two (2) twelve month options to extend the period of performance. Each contract will contain a minimum workload guarantee of $30,000.00 for each year. The maximum workload for each contract will be $400,000.00 for each year.
