The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for Closing Agent services covering Areas 1 and 2, in the San Antonio, Texas jurisdiction. This is a sealed bid procurement with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the base period service for two consecutive periods on a year-to-year basis. The acquisition is being offered as a Total Small Business set aside. Anticipated award date is August 1, 1996. A fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity type contract will be awarded. The prospective contractor will be required to meet the legal service requirements of the State of Texas. The successful offeror(s) is required to maintain a fully staffed and equipped office within the geographic boundaries of the area for which a contract is awarded.
