Lease of Hotel Conference/Banquet facilities with various communications and electronic equipment that is required in a conference setting for the period of 18 and 19 November 1996. The conference room requirements are for one operations room for support staff, one large room capable of seating 500 attendees in a theater or round table configuration, two breakout rooms capable of seating 200 attendees each in a classroom configuration, and three breakout rooms capable of seating 75 attendees each in a classroom configuration. Food service will be required. Lunch for 500 attendees on 18 and 19 November 1996 shall not exceed $7.00 per person per day in conjunction with the provisions of the Federal Government Joint Travel Regulation(s) (JTR). Each meal will be served in a Banquet facility capable of seating 500 attendees in a round table configuration, in one room to accommodate a guest speaker. Any interested hotel must be located in the St. Louis metropolitan area and have 500 sleeping rooms available at the vendors standard federal government room rate for the period 17-19 November 1996.
