Materials and systems required include concrete masonry loadbearing walls, composite second floor slab consisting of concrete on metal deck supported by steel bar joists, concrete filled metal pan stairs, steel doors and frames, wood doors, cabinet work, roll-up steel doors, ceiling, wall, and floor finishes, and related mechanical and electrical modifications plus installation of a new mechanical system for the new office space.
