Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material and perform all operations necessary to construct a new one story masonry structure, approximately 3,000 SF consisting of a steelframing, concrete slab on grade, painted interior (drywall), partitions, asphalt shingle roof and brick veneer exterior walls. Work includes, but is not limited to, new floor, wall, ceiling finishes, as well as a number of new windows, doors and associated frames, new HVAC, fire protection, electrical/communication systems, prewiring for communications support, associated site work (including some fill and grading, sewer work, etc), all necessary structural mechanical, plumbing, electrical work and interior finishes and construction, including wallbase, moulding, trim, etc, complete and in accordance with the drawings and specifications. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. Firms shall indicate whether they are women owned and and if they are small or large business for clarification. Firms should also indicate if they are interested as a prime or as a subcontractor.
