The Missouri National Guard desires an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for real property repair, maintenance, and/or minor construction of projects at the Air National Guard Base, Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St Joseph MO. The base contract period will be one year with options for four, one year options. The maximum amount for the contract, which includes option years, shall not exceed $5,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The minimum guaranteed amount of this contract will be $5,000.00. Individual delivery orders may range from $2,000.00 to $300,000.00. Performance periods will vary per delivery order. Contractor's work and responsibilities shall include all planning, programming, design, administration and management necessary to provide all repair or construction and related services as specified in strict accordance with the contract and all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, codes and directives. Estimated bid opening date is 18 June 1996. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency.
