A soil remediation effort will be performed, the contractor shall develop and obtain all necessary permits, manifests and permissions from local, state and federal agencies as may be required, provide the necessary personnel, equipment and materials for the timely and successful completion of this project. The contamination area exceed New York State Department of Environmental Conservation cleanup objectives for pesticides. It is estimated that approximately 312 yards of soil will require excavation, based on a 4220 ft contaminated area, 2 ft in depth. Location of work is the New York Air National Guard Base, Hancock Field, Syracuse, NY. The magnitude of the proposed project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance time for the project will be 56 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. The project is 100% unrestricted.
