There are four sites to be cleared, grubbed, debris removed and disposed of offsite. Sites are 115 acres, and 113 acres in St. Johns county; 4.3 acres and 7 acres in Palm Beach County. All areas are to be seeded. All material, including salable lumber will become the property of the Contractor. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000. and $5,000,000.
