Work at site No. 1, New Haven Middle Breakwater West End Light shall be accomplished before any other work is begun. Thirty (30) calendar days are allowed for this site only. Work on the remaining two sites, Huntington Harbor Light and Penfield Reef Light includes construction of a cast in place concrete foundation and a 40' pile supported boat landing consisting of stringers, grating, bracing piles, ladder, handrails and rock removal of 6-8 three ton boulders that encroach the mooring. The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1629. Total contract performance time is 90 calendar days.
