Project includes but is not limited to furnishing all material, labor and equipment required for HVAC Replacement including removal of all HVAC equipment, piping, controls, ductwork, air handlers, chillers and related supports. Replace 5 existing roof top combination Heating/Cooling Units with new equipment. Units to be energy efficient, natural gas-fired and controls for outside are circulation. Attendance is mandatory at the pre-proposal meeting and will be held at the site on Tuesday, April 30, 1996 at 10:00 AM. Proposals will be accepted from only those offerors who have attended the pre-proposal meeting. Cost range is $130,000.00 to $160,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about April 17, 1996.
