The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to successfully complete the construction the addition of approximately 2,700 SF to the existing Enlisted Club, Facility 195, to include the following: 1) A new dining room with an outdoor patio area; 2) Separate entrance for access to the officer's lounge and new dining area; 3) Pair of new restrooms (men's & women's); 4) Conversion of existing Oasis Room into officer's lounge; 5) Storage room to serve new dining area; 6) Landscaping around areas of new addition; 7) Upgrading existing meeting room and replace hallway carpet; 8) Install a new bar in the existing dining room; 9) New service access from parking lot and repaving existing service area; 10) Associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work for addition. The total performance period for this project is 150 days. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
