Parapet Walls and Masonry Repair for Bldgs 11A & 11B: Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, bonds, insurance, materials, services, etc. to perform demolition and rebuilding of Parapet Walls, installation of flashings, horizontal and vertical expansion joints, replacing deteriorated brickwork, tuckpointing and other work for buildings 11A and 11B of the VA West Side Medical Center located at 820 S. Damen Ave., Chicago, IL in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided. The duration of the contract will be for 210 calendar days. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses and is estimated at between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. A subcontracting plan for Small, Disadvantaged and Women owned businesses is required. Solicitation (IFB) will be issued on or about Apr 30, 1996. Sealed bids will be opened on or about May 30, 1996.
