Work includes carpet removal, floor prep and installation of government furnished loop pile, jute backed carpet which will be coved 4'' up all walls. Tentative date for issuance of the Request for Quotation is 29 Apr 96. Request For Quotation packages must be requested in writing and will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
