A SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL BE PUBLISHED BEFORE INVITATIONS ARE ISSUED. The work includes the replacement of three direct expansion roof top air conditioning units, roof curbs and the associated modifications required to the secondary building. Rework is required for the HVAC duct connections, roof deck, roof insulation, and the single ply roof membrane. Other portions of the work includes piping the condensate from all nine of the roof mounted HVAC units to the roof drains, and the replacement of steam of piping insulation in the mechanical equipment room. Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 05/03/96, open bids 06/04/96, complete contract 10/17/96. Estimated cost is between $250,000.00 and $100,000.00. (106)
