The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to lease twenty-eight (28) secure parking spaces for government owned vehicles under the five (5) day random permit and two (2) secure parking spaces under the seven (7) day random permit. Located at 1 World Trade Center, New York, NY 10048. Our intent is to lease this space with Port Authority of New York. Period of performance is 06/01/96 - 09/30/96. All responsible sources may submit written responses which must include price (s), a POC (name and telephone number) and information containing sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to meet the requirements.
