Deliveries for with first article is 25 each 1008 days after award and 25 each subsequently monthly delivery, first article test report is due 498 days after award. Without first article delivery is 25 each 480 days after award and 25 each subsequently monthly delivery. All deliveries and subsequent deliveries will be FOB origin. All offerors must meet qualification requirements, this includes engineering and fatigue testing, in order to be eligible for award. Only approved sources who have successfully completed the reqyured engineering test or who have received a waiver will be considered for award of these flight safety parts. The parts being procured under this request for proposal are identified as parts requiring engineering and fatigue testing. In accordance with the Army policy pertaining to such parts, this procurement is limited to only those sources (1) who have been approved in accordance with ATCOM source approval procedures and (2) whose part has successfully completed required engineering and fatigue test. Firms are encouraged to seek approval to compete for this or future solicitation by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List procedures. Any potential offeror who can provide documentation that they have manufactured this part and/or completed testing on this part should identify themselves immediately to the contracting officer.
