Rev K, Applicable to the UH-1 Aircraft. FOB Destination with required
delivery of 13 ea. to Texarkana, TX and 100 ea. to Stockton, CA., at a
rate of 75 ea. initial delivery and 38 ea. subsequent month, beginning
450 days ADC, and delivery of First Article Test Report by 318 days
ADC. Deliveries without First Article Test is 75 ea. 300 days ADC, and
38 ea. subsequent month. This procurement requires prequalification.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered
by the agency. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business
Set-aside. Authority and justification is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source
or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed
contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have
specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition;
however, it is restricted to approved source(s) Bell Helicopter
Textron,Inc., Imperial Tooling and Mfg., L & S Machine Co., Inc.,
Olympic Tool and Machine Co., and R.E. Dye Mfg. Corp. The time required
for approval of new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be
delayed pending approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek
source approval in order to compete for future soliciations IAW the
instruction contained in Section L of the solicitation. Information on
