A complete technical data package defining the manufacture and acceptance of this item is not available from the Army. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of the purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the current source, or a statement from the current source or ATCOM demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the item that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the item the current source supplies for this NSN.
