Proposals of new technology only (SIN 20-1016), as defined by amendment 5, may be submitted at any time to the address specified in the amendment. There is NO implied guarantee that the Government will recognize and accept offered products as new technology. Resulting awards are temporary, as contractor'S of 20-1016 (new technology) must propose these products again against an existing or newly established SIN under the next regular ''open Season'' announcement in order to be considered for continued contract coverage.
