The U.S. ARMY Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has a requirement for analysis, design, development and maintenance of models and simulations of Anti-Aircraft Artillery (AAA) systems and associated systems. The contractor shall provide personnel possessing, at the time of award, TS/SBI clearances, and who are knowedgeable and experienced in technical research, AAA system simulation theory, application, software and verification and validation techniques. Travel inside and outside the continental United States may be required, but most work will be accomplished either at the Contractor's facility or at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA.
