SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform asbestos removal and facility demolition of facilities at Beale AFB, California. Asbestos shall be removed before building demolition begins. The solicitation will be issued on a 100% set-aside for small business. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement with a short basic period of performance plus two option years.
