The Naval Sea Systems Command, PMS 396/SEA 92, has a requirement for integrated engineering and technical services for the Submarine Acquisition Project Manager in the areas of new construction; operational ships and facilities; development, test, and evaluation; and United Kingdom TRIDENT design. This is a Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement (SIC Code No. 8711, size standard $20 million) requiring corporate and personnel experience in the areas mentioned above and will replace Contract Numbers N00024-88-C-6213, N00024-88-C-6229, N00024-92-C-6436 and the inactivations portion of N00024-93-C-2110 as those contracts expire. The total requirement is for approximately 1,029,128 manhours consisting of a base year of 197,699 manhours plus four option years as follows: Option 1: 200,328 manhours; Option 2: 203,353 manhours; Option 3: 211,540 manhours; and Option 4: 216,208 manhours. Facilities should be located within close proximity to the Naval Sea Systems Command HQ in Arlington, VA.
