Door-to-door services will include trucking, air transportation, fumigation, destruction of infested commodities, off-loading of containers, refrigeration, customs, sorting and furnishing of cargo quilt liners and containers. Performance will be from the US West Coast to locations in Japan. This requirement is restricted to Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) contractors. The requirement is for a 13-month performance period with two one-year options and a ``not-to-exceed'' six month performance extension as authorized by FAR 52.217-8. (106)
