Y -- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS TO BUILDING 505 AT THE NAVAL WARFARE ASSESSMENT CENTER, CORONA, CA SOL N68711-95-B-8640. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform remodeling of administrative office areas: removal of asbestos containing materials; structural and architectural alterations; repair to interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, flooring, ceilings and roof; repair/replacement of restrooms, HVAC, lighting, plumbing and electrical power to meet current demands; upgrade of structural, fire protection and handicap requirements and incidental related work at the Naval Warfare Assessment Division, Corona, CA by means of a firm fixed price type contract.
