HERNANDEZ tel: 210/652-3838 Work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: Construction of approximately 200 SM of rear service docks, ramps and staging areas; approximately 150SM front entrance addition. Alteration to the interior shall include conversion existing warehouse space to Sales area, Dairy, Produce, Health and Beauty, a Bakery/Deli Shop and Frozen Food Display. The existing Administrative area will be renovated. Upgrades will be accomplished to the entire store's electrical system, HVAC system, and plumbing. The entire refrigeration system will be replaced including all display cases. The project also includes replacement of the existing roofing, flashing, and metal counter flashing. The existing asphalt parking lot will be repaired, over-laid and restriped. Phasing of the construction will be required to allow full operation of this 6,500 SM facility during the renovation. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Bid guarantee is required. Package should be available on or about 30 April 1996.
