THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. It is declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure the upgrade of airconditioning system in Building 502, complete and ready for use, also replace the windows and install sprinkler system. The work includes the installation of a new dual duct system for total building, new mechanical building with chiller converter and pumps, new electrical service for building, replacement of all the windows in building and building mechanical rooms in attic and incidental related work. There is a $70.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED.
