THIS SOLICITATION IS UNRESTRICTED INVITING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning to provide and secure a replacement water chiller for Building 1854, complete and ready for use. The work includes erection of a new pre-engineered metal building; installation of a new central chilled water plant and removal of the existing water chiller. There is a $60.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED.
