Zeckser, (907)586-7901, Additional Contact, Eric Meyer, (907)586-8880 The Milk Creek Bridge Repair Project is located at the north end of the Crow Creek Road approximately 7.0 mile from the Alyeska Highway. The Crow Creek Road starts at approximately Mile 2.5 of the Alayska Highway, which is approximatly 38 miles from Anchorage Alaska. This project consists of a design for the repair of the bridge footing and the furnishing of materials, and construction of those repairs; the excavation of unconsolidated abutment material and the replacing and compaction of the abutment materials; the cleaning & rechanneling of the creek channel; and the placement of rock and gravel for the bridge abutment and wing walls protection. Work also consits of the reconditioning of approximately 1000 feet of eroded road before the Milk Creek Bridge; furnishing & replacement of material for eroded embankments, and road surfacing; culvert cleaning, and furnishing and installing extensions for culverts; and cleaning and shaping of the ditches.
