A SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL BE PUBLISHED BEFORE INVITATIONS ARE ISSUED. The work includes the repair of the jet fuel line that runs from NAS Jacksonville to NAS Cecil Field, and incidental related work as follows: (a) Excavating all pipeline repair locations. Removal of pipe lengths as indicated an installation of new piping. Backfill and replacement pavement, shrubs, grassing and other features disturbed by construction operations. (b) Installation of cathodic protection devices at locations indicated along the underground piping. Following tentative dates apply: Issue invitations 05/10/96, open bids 06/11/96, complete contract 12/07/96. Estimated cost is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. (106)
