The work under this project consists of removing existing roof shingles from Buildings 974, 975, 976, 980, 982, 983 and 985. Install new asphalt shingles to the roof areas, including dormer roofs and dormer sidewalls that are shingled also. All work is limited to the LTA area of Langley Air Force Base in accordance with Drawing 2FY95 and the contract documents. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications, and terms and conditions of the purchase order. Magnitude of this project for these buildings is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC is 1521 ($17 M). The proposed purchase order is 100% set aside for small emerging business concerns. A small emerging business is one that makes less than half of the size standard. All firms responding to this notice shall indicate whether they are quoting as a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier. Firms shall also indicate if they are woman owned.
