This is a sources sought announcement only. A solicitation will not be issued as a result of this announcement. A new CBD announcement will be published if a solicitation is developed. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station is seeking sources to provide off-the-shelf booster pumps to be used in life support equipment in a marine environment. Based on initial estimates the Navy will require approximately 600 pumps over the next four years. Physical characteristics of the pumps must meet the following: a. Air Driven, b. Single Stage, c. Capable of increasing air from 2100 PSIG air to 5000 PSIG, d. Charge rate of approximately 80 SCFM. Interested firms must respond within 30 days of publication of this announcement with commercial literature showing the companies ability to meet the pump requirements listed in a. through d. above. Please comment on your ability to furnish the quantity of pumps discussed above over the next four years.
