45 -- PLUMBING FIXTURE AUDITS AND RETROFITS FOR ARMY INSTALLATIONS SOL DACA31-96-R-0045 DUE 061196 POC :Lydia A. Hill, 410-962-0987 This proposed procurement is a small business set-aside, SIC 9999. Estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for base plus one option year. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract to obtain plumbing fixture audits and retrofits at major Army Installations in the United States. The contractor shall perform retrofits of plumbing fixtures. The contractor must demonstrate familiarity with plumbing fixtures and water/energy conservation concepts, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The contractor shall, upon receipt of duly executed delivery order, perform all the requirements required by the contractor. Contract will provide a base year and one (1) option year.
