58 -- COMMANDERS' TACTICAL TERMINAL THREE CHANNEL (CTT3) SPARES AND ANCILLARY ITEMS PRODUCTION MARKET SURVEY POC Diann Curry Contract Specialist, 908-532-1984 Kathleen Rizzo, Contracting Officer, 908-532-1984 AMSEL-ACCC-C-CS. The CTT3 is a special application Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communication (SATCOM) and Line of Sight (LOS) secure Intelligence Dissemination terminal to be deployed with tactical units. The terminals are dedicated to deliver critical, time sensitive battlefield targeting information to tactical commanders and intelligence nodes at all Army echelons, in near real time, at collateral and system high security levels. The CTT3 is interoperable in the Tactical Reconnaissance Intelligence eXchange System (TRIXS), Tactical Information Broadcast Service (TIBS), Tactical Related APplications (TRAP), Tactical Data Information eXchange System (TADIXS-B), and Secondary Imagery Dissemination (SID) networks. Any interested source shall demonstrate that they have the ability to meet the requirements of the CTT functional performance document (available upon request). This procurement is for spare parts for CTT3, Multi Arena Remote Simulator for CTT3 training and maintenance, Adaptive Array Processor/Quad Diversity Receiver Demodulator modules for use in the CTT3, and Data for use in CTT3 maintenance and training. This procurement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract with initial deliveries required April 1997. Interested sources for this effort, who have sufficient technical, production, and program managerial experience in this type of work, are invited to send a response describing in detail their ability to deliver this equipment.
