will assume role of integrating mfr to locate qtys of wet chemicals &
other consumables (repair compound, FMS 3049 coating, fuel tank
sealant FMS 1044-5, sealing compound FMS 1044, sealant FMS 3055 & other
items) that meet or exceed the mil-spec requirements of the USAF. Agent
will consolidate all qtys into a kit to accomplish Falcon-Up mon on
each F16C/D acft for the Republic of Korean AF. Ship schedule is driven
by mod effort with a flexible posture to allow PCO to expedite or delay
shpmnts to align/realign projected mod schedules by the ROKAF.
Anticipating delivery thru 2001 (5-yr period) until all 39 acft are
completed. Incremental shpmnts will require fresh supply of chemicals;
determination of usability is dictated by shelf life date. ROKAF will
require all comsumables to have a max shelf/usable life remaining at
least 75% when rec'd at Taegu. Source will utilize fastest mode
possible to freight forwarder. Presently mode of shpmnt no known
restrictions exist on all listed chemicals. 39kt. Destn: Sanyong Inc,

No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly
from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited
may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
Requests for copies of solicitations must reference the entire
solicitation number, including purchasing office identification number.
To expedite your request, limit the number of individual solicitation
numbers requested per letter to not more than 10. Don't request
information on this requirement until after the issue date. This
proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside,
the size standard for which is 500 employees. An Ombudsman has been
appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during
the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the
Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or
contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues,
disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government
personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict
confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not
participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection
