The contractor shall provide a designer centered Computer Aided Design Support System (CADSS) consisting of integrated computer tools that support human factors planning for and design of existing and new Traffic Management Centers (TMC) operations, and describe and document the TMC design process in sufficient detail to define all basic requirements for the TMC design process. This effort involves the following tasks: define user requirements; develop design guidelines for computer application; develop, test, and deliver the design guideline tool; design a functional specification for CADSS; develop CADSS prototpes; evaluate CADSS prototypes; prepare detailed software design specifications; develop CADSS and support materials; final testing and delivery; reporting.
