The synopsis appearing in the April 8, 1996 edition of the Commerce Business Daily, is hereby amended to reflect changes in the cellular phone requirements. The required cellular phones include the Audiovox 460 or equal in place of the Nokia C-15 or equal; Motorola MicroTac Lite or equal in place of the Motorola TacLite Ultra; and the requirement for the cellular phone with the capability of roaming to Europe is deleted from the requirement. Firms that requested a copy of the original solicitation that are already on the bidder's mailing list need not request a copy of the amended solicitation.
