Straessle, 2 06/931-7370 Develop individual relocation schedules and a concurrent master relocat- ion schedule to consolidate various government agencies residing in different bldgs into one location. Items to be considered in the sched- ule include but not limited to: movement of furniture, telephones, computers, office services (e.g. employee move checklists, welcoming packages, address changes with Post Office for agency, new letter- head stationary) coordinating need for new furniture and use of exist- ing furniture and space layout. Direct move teams, followup to ensure schedule and budget requirements are met on both individual agency sched- ules and master consolidation schedule. Experience requirements: Contractor must have an office in the Portland area, and be able to show experience of coordinating at least 200,000 sf of office space includ- ing law libraries computer rooms and confidential file rooms. Experience must show ability to coordinate multi-agency, multi-floor moves involv- ing hundreds of people, multiple moving companies, telephone companies, and computer equipment companies in a large city environment.
