The analysis shall address ALQ-131 ECM Pod changes which have resulted from (1) upgrades including RF, digital, analog and millimeter components/assemblies, CPU upgrades, software rehosts and interface standardizations, (2) conversions which have reconfigured pod assets to accommodate altered aircraft installations and orders of battle, and (3) integration with other electronic warfare systems (decoys/missile warning). The study shall address supportability issues which include (1) lack or Original Equipment Manufacturer spare/repair support for aging hardware designs and (2) insufficient CPU processor speeds.
