MacDill AFB has a requirement for the lease of a Baker 103 hospital automated prescription system or equal consisting of electronic automatic tablet and capsule counting machines with instant access drug cell modules installed in permanent cabinetry. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, technical literature, manuals, and supervision necessary to accomplish this requirement. Each cell hopper must be specifically manufactured for the drug it dispenses. The units must interface with the Composite Healthcare Computer System (CHCS). The components will include a minimum of 373 drug cells with hospital readout, 19 master counters with computer interface, and 18 drug ``super'' cells. Items are to be delivered and installed at two pharmacies located on MacDill AFB and other comparable potential facilities. Standard Industrial Classification is 7352; small business size standard is $5.0M average annual receipts over the past three years. Above that average qualifies as a large business; below that average qualifies as a small business. Contract will contain a base year and four option years. This procurement will be unrestricted.
