PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Missouri National Guard desires an firm fixed price construction type contract for the installation of a vehicle corrosion control paint spray booth and refueling vehicle shop to include the rehabilitation of the entire facility utilities. The excavation and removal of two 5000 gallon underground fuel tanks, disposal of the tanks, tanks residue and contaminated soil. Restore the site. Construction location is Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station, St. Louis, Missouri. Work consist of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a facility that will accomplish corrosion control for Government vehicles and equipment in a safe, efficient, and environmentally acceptable manner. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $500,000. Estimated bid opening date is June 11, 1996. There is a $37.00 non refundable deposit per set of specifications and drawings. The non refundable deposits must be in the form of a cashiers check, certified check, or money order made payable to the U.S. Treasury. Company and personal checks will not be accepted.
