The contract shall provide for the award of individual Orders, for the accomplishment of various construction projects, including design/build, for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command activities to multiple awardees. Task Orders will be awarded under this contract considering such factors as past performance, quality of deliverables, ability to meet schedule requirements, relevant experience, cost control and cost or price. A minimum guarantee of $200,000 is established for each awardee. The basic contract period shall be for twelve months with options not to exceed thirty six months. The maximum allowable work to be ordered under each twelve month period is $75 million to a total not to exceed amount of $225 million.
