All firms responding to the original synopsis for this procurement need not submit their requests again. The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for structural wood repair, removal of single-ply roll-roofing system and replacing the system with new EPDM roof, on a portion of the Hangar, and preparing and painting the remainder of the building and incidental related work. This contract includes provisions for two options: Bid Item 0002 (option 1) Paint Metal Siding: In the event this option is exercised, (90) days will be added to the established contract completion date. Bid Item 0003 (option 2) Paint Exterior Structural Steel: In the event this option is exercised, (90) days will be added to the established contract completion date. NOTE TO CONTRACTORS: IN THE EVENT THAT THE GOVERNMENT EXERCISES BOTH OPTIONS 1 AND 2 AT THE SAME TIME, THE CONTRACT WILL ONLY BE EXTENDED (90) DAYS FROM THE ESTABLISHED COMPLETION DATE. IF THE GOVERNMENT EXERCISES OPTIONS 1 AND 2 AT DIFFERENT TIMES, THE CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE WILL BE EXTENDED (90) DAYS FOR EACH OPTION. The contract includes the clause titled ''Evaluation of Options'' (FAR 52.217-5) Except when determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interest, the Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirements. Evaluation of Options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (End of provision). The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1541. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
