The type of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal, excavation and filling and backfilling, paving, concrete work, structural steel work, insulation, siding, doors and windows, overhead doors, fire protection (wet pipe sprinkler system), general plumbing, and general interior electrical, and clean-up. The magnitude is estimated at $250,000 to $500,000. The completion schedule is 120 days from receipt of the notice to proceed. Bid, performance, and payment bonds will be required. Approximate issue and open dates are 06 MAY 96 and 06 JUN 96, actual dates as specified on the solicitation.
