Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Government intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order will provide services to repair and return HARM Missile Sections (WGU-2/B and WCU-2/B), related assemblies and equipments to ready-for-issue conditions for the Government of Germany (FMS Case: GY-P-MDQ). TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
